Currently the only way to send a package to the orphanage is by air via the US postal service. Depending on the size of the package shipping can be quite expensive. Sponsors are reminded three times a year to send a package. This reminder lists items that are needed and should serve as a guide in selecting items for shipment. The easy
rule to follow: The box should weigh no more than 4 pounds.
In order to ship your package, a customs form will need to be completed. You may pick up custom forms at the post office or go to www.usps.com/customsforms/ to complete the form online. You will need to create an account and weigh your box at home. If your package weighs 4 lbs or less, use form 2976; if it weighs more then 4lbs, use form 2976-A. It saves time at the post office to enter the information on line and print the correct form.
